Xander Schmelzling
Lead Videographer
Xander Schmelzling, the founder of Project 2318 Media Services, has always had a passion for filmmaking and photography. He currently studies film at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He is currently the Content/Media Manager of Milwaukee-based nonprofit OwnYourJudaism, where he manages their online presence, films and edits events that they are a part of, and researches trends on social media so they can reach their target audience, as well as modernize their brand and image so that it reflects their mission.
Brody Weiss
Videographer
Brody Weiss, a skilled filmmaker, joined Project 2318 as a co-owner and a part of the content creation team. In this position, he assists the team in filming, editing, and adjusting a wide variety of content. He is skilled in filmmaking, lighting, and video editing. He is a current freshman at DePaul University, where he is studying film and television. He enjoys hiking, camping, and playing video games.
Madi Rehm
Lead Project Manager
Madi Rehm, Project 2318's newest member, joined in 2025 to assist with event photography, as well as helping with client leads. Her role in the team is invaluable. She is currently studying nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In her free time she enjoys photography, art, and creating graphics.
